Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WormHole VPN app and service (“WormHole”, the “Service”), operated by YOTTADS LTD (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using WormHole you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply in addition to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If they conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple’s rules.
1. The Service
WormHole provides an encrypted VPN connection between your device and our servers. Connecting to the VPN requires an active WormHole Premium subscription. We may add, change or remove server locations and features over time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. WormHole Premium subscription
- WormHole Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. The price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription price when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Billing, refunds and payment disputes are handled by Apple under its policies. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WormHole to:
- violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- send spam or unsolicited messages (outgoing mail on port 25 is blocked);
- distribute malware, attack, scan or gain unauthorised access to any system or network;
- distribute content that exploits or harms minors;
- interfere with or overload the Service, or resell or share access to it.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process. We do not log your browsing activity or the content of your traffic.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. A VPN improves your privacy but cannot make you anonymous or protect you from every risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOTTADS LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
